Pre-owned Santos de Cartier Watch ref WSJA0012 (2023). While the original Cartier Santos dates all the way back to the early 1900s as one of the world’s first purpose-built wristwatches, the sportier Santos de Cartier collection took shape during the 1970s. It was a modern, more luxurious interpretation of the Santos with exposed screws, integrated bracelets, and a bolder case design that helped transform the watch into a modern style icon. The ref. WSJA0012 carries that later Santos de Cartier DNA rather than the more delicate early Santos aesthetic. Furnished in rose gold, this version adds even more presence with a diamond-set bezel that elevates the watch into a true jewelry watch while still preserving the famous square Santos profile. The exposed screws, Roman numeral dial, and geometric case shape are still instantly recognizable, but the warm tone of the gold and brilliance of the diamonds give the watch a far more refined and luxurious personality.
