Pre-owned Rolex Daytona ref. 126500 (2024) is the latest evolution of Rolex’s legendary chronograph, a generation introduced in 2023 that focused on refinement rather than reinvention. At first glance, it looks like the Daytona collectors have admired for decades, but a closer look reveals a host of thoughtful updates. The black Cerachrom bezel is now bordered by a slim stainless steel ring. The dial has also been subtly refreshed with slimmer applied hour markers and thinner rings around the chronograph sub-dials, resulting in a cleaner, more balanced look that allows the coveted white “Panda” dial to shine. Behind the scenes, Rolex replaced the acclaimed caliber 4130, its first in-house automatic chronograph movement, with the new caliber 4131. Featuring a more streamlined construction with fewer components, it has improved efficiency while continuing the Daytona’s reputation for outstanding reliability and performance.
