Pre-owned Rolex Datejust 36 ref. 116200 (2011 – 2019) is part of a long line of influential dress watches, dating back to 1945 and continuing today with the current 126XX series. Ref. 116200 has since been discontinued, but played a vital role nonetheless in the collection’s transition from the older 5-digit series to the modern 6-digit generation. It specifically replaced ref. 16200, the collection’s all-steel model with a smooth bezel. While that variation had brushed lugs and stick-style hour markers, this one ramps things up a bit more with polished lugs, and engraved rehaut and solid end links. It’s still made entirely out of steel, down to the smooth bezel and silky bracelet. It’s just a slightly more updated version than the outgoing 5-digit series. Shop Rolex Datejust 36 Collection
