Pre-owned Audemars Piguet Millenary ref 15049ST.O.1136ST.01 is a bit of a departure from what mos people expect from AP. Introduced in 1995, the Millenary collection gave the brand a space to experiment with more contemporary, unconventional designs. The most obvious difference is the case. Instead of the typical round or octagonal shape, the Millenary uses an elliptical form that sits differently on the wrist. This example keeps things relatively clean within that framework. The 38mm stainless steel case wears comfortably, while the black dial adds contrast against the polished steel. Large Arabic hour markers with luminescent fill make sure it’s easy to read, and there’s a date window at 3 for everyday practicality.
