Pre-owned Rolex Milgauss Ref. 116400V (2019) was initially part of the Milguass relaunch back in 2007. For those unfamiliar, the Milgauss was initially released in the 1950s as a dedicated tool watch for scientists. It didn’t find as strong of a niche as the Submariner or GMT Master II, and the Milguass was ultimately discontinued. About two decades later, Rolex revived the Milguass, complete with a brand-new aesthetic. The case with its smooth bezel recalls the 1019, while the lightning bolt seconds hand recalls the inaugural models. Two different dial colors debuted alongside the collection when it returned to market in the 2000s: black and white, both with clear crystals.
