Pre-owned Rolex Daytona ref. 126508 (2024) is the current production full-gold model, which was released back in 2023 as part of a brand-new generation of Rolex Daytona watches . Among its many notable upgrades is the caliber 4131, the successor to the caliber 4130, Rolex’s first in-house self-winding chronograph movement. Keen-eyed collectors will also notice that the hour markers have been slimmed down, as have the sub-dial rings, which some have said creates a cleaner, more open aesthetic. The caliber 4131 has fewer components than the previous caliber 4130, as well as Rolex’s Chronergy escapement and Paraflex shock absorbers, making it even more precise than before.
