Pre-owned Rolex GMT-Master II ref. 126710BLNR (2021), better known as the “Batman,” has one of the most famous bezel configurations in the modern Rolex catalog. The distinctive black-and-blue Cerachrom bezel traces its roots back to 2013, when Rolex introduced the original Batman ref. 116710BLNR as the world’s first luxury watch with a two-color ceramic bezel, a manufacturing achievement that many believed wasn’t possible on a commercial scale. The ref. 126710BLNR succeeded that groundbreaking model in 2019, bringing with it Rolex’s next-generation caliber 3285 while initially reviving the Jubilee bracelet before later becoming available on the sporty Oyster bracelet featured here. The familiar 40mm Oystersteel case is paired with a black dial decorated with Chromalight hour markers and hands, delivering exceptional legibility by day and a long-lasting blue glow in low-light conditions.
