At 34mm, it wears similarly to a Date model, with a clean, balanced profile that feels right at home today. It features the same Oyster case design that Rolex built its reputation on; it’s solid, waterproof, and made for everyday wear, but with one key difference. Instead of a self-winding movement, the 6694 is powered by a manual-wind caliber, which is exactly where the “Oysterdate” name comes from. It’s a more hands-on experience. This example is classic with a steel finish and a silver dial, accented by Tritium hour markers that have aged into a warm golden patina over time. Simple layout. No excess.
